Duc Associates is a Newcastle practice with international and national experience in urban design, and the design of commercial, industrial, residential and institutional buildings.

We carefully research and take into consideration our clients needs and wants when designing projects. As a part of this process Duc Associates has evolved a workshop style of developing design concepts. Often our clients join the forum along with our network of professional consultants.
Duc Associates has been a leader in environmentally sustainable design for 30 years. All designs need to satisfy basic principles of orientation and energy efficient performance. We have expertise in “BASIX”, and offer designs which balance cost and return on investment.
CORE SERVICE
Our core services include concept design, detail design, preparation and management of the development approval process, development review of alternative design and construction approaches, co-ordination of other consultants, preparation of contract documentation and quality review of building works throughout the construction phase.
